Shiftkart Logistics Private Limited is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all our users, employees, and Service Partners. To uphold this commitment, we enforce a strict Comprehensive Zero Tolerance Policy regarding certain behaviors and actions. Violations of this policy will result in immediate and decisive action.

1. Scope of the Policy

This Zero Tolerance Policy applies universally to:

  • Users/Customers: Individuals or businesses submitting inquiries or receiving services.
  • Service Partners: Independent drivers, transport operators, and packing crews.
  • Internal Staff: Employees and representatives of Shiftkart Logistics.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate enforcement actions:

2.1. Abuse, Harassment, and Discrimination

We do not tolerate any form of physical, verbal, or written abuse. This includes:

  • Using profanity, derogatory language, or issuing threats toward our support staff, drivers, or customers.
  • Any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, caste, or nationality.
  • Physical violence or intimidation at the pickup or drop-off locations.

2.2. Fraud and Financial Misrepresentation

Integrity in transactions is non-negotiable. Prohibited actions include:

  • Service Partners demanding unauthorized extra payments, "tips," or bribes from customers on-site.
  • Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent UPI IDs, or issuing bounced cheques.

2.3. Intoxication and Substance Abuse

Safety is our highest priority. Service Partners (drivers and crew) are strictly prohibited from reporting to a job, driving, or handling goods while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that impairs their ability to operate safely. Customers are also expected to interact with crews in a sober and coherent manner to ensure safe coordination.

Users must not use the Shiftkart Logistics platform to inquire about or transport:

  • Illegal narcotics, contraband, or stolen property.
  • Explosives, highly flammable materials, corrosive chemicals, or hazardous waste.
  • Unlicensed firearms or ammunition.
  • Any items prohibited by local, state, or federal Indian law.

If a Service Partner discovers such items during loading, they are instructed to halt the service immediately and report the incident.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

If a violation of this Zero Tolerance Policy is reported and verified, Shiftkart Logistics will take immediate action, which may include:

  • For Users: Immediate cancellation of the service without refund, permanent ban from using the platform, and blacklisting of the associated phone number and email address.
  • For Service Partners: Immediate termination of the vendor agreement, withholding of pending payouts to cover damages or fines, and permanent removal from our network.
  • Legal Action: In cases involving fraud, theft, violence, or illegal goods, Shiftkart Logistics will actively cooperate with local law enforcement and provide all necessary data to facilitate criminal prosecution.
